Local Staffordshire produce and specialities are much in evidence at The Wayfarer, with locally farmed beef, free-range pork and wild Staffordshire venison on offer. Dishes are all homemade and include pan-fried brie with redcurrant coulis. For mains there is a wide choice including steak and kidney pudding and Scottish salmon.
 
The Wayfarer serves a wide selection of beers, ciders, continental lagers and real ales, with regularly changing guest ales.
