Dating back to 1689 the building has been lavishly decorated to recapture the feel of history while maintaining a high standard of modern comfort and relaxed hospitality. The extensive breakfast menu created with local ingredients is served in their galleried dining room, which was once the chapel of a Quaker meeting house. There is also a fully stocked honesty bar and parlour along with beautiful four poster suites.
