La Sablonnerie Hotel

Little Sark, Sark GY9 0SD, United Kingdom
Call: 01481 832061

As soon as you set foot on Sark, you enter a world of tranquility and luxury, so you would expect La Sablonnerie to be a magical place – it is! The ultimate get-away-from-it-all experience, a break here is memorable from the start – from the horse-drawn barouche sent to collect you from the tiny harbour to take you to Little Sark at the southernmost tip, to the splendour of the extensive grounds. This 16th century farmhouse and the cottages that make up La Sablonnerie are a true delight and will wow any guest.

All the traditional charm has been maintained throughout the public rooms and individually decorated bedrooms, adding to the already charming, gentle and inspiring atmosphere that has been created.

The encumbant restaurant’s excellent reputation is legendary and the chefs pride themselves on creating the finest of dishes from locally-sourced produce – from the Roasted Sea Scallops with garlic butter to the Lobster Thermidor, or the Caramelised Breast of Duckling with green peppercorn sauce to the Fillet of Homegrown Beef, Lamb and Veal with a light madeira sauce and medley of wild mushrooms, the La Sablonnerie restaurant will not disappoint any guest!
