Enduring classical cuisine with an imaginative twist, the menu is carefully thought out with emphasis on delicious flavours.
Lunch and a la carte dinner are served Tuesday to Saturday with lunchtim specials changing daily. The 3 course speciality menu at £18.00 is great value an is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The comprehensive wine list is well chosen and keenly priced.
The decor is simple, creating a warm ambience without fuss. Booking is advisable at weekends and the table is yours for the whole night. In warm weather guests can enjoy the outside seating area at the front of the restaurant which has the sun for most of the day.
Fun and little bit continental, Hythe Brasserie provides good food, professional service and a warm welcome any time.

Directions: Exit M20 at J11 and follow sign for Hythe. On entering town, bear left on one way system, taking A259 towards Folkestone. Follow for approx 1/2 mile, passing the canal on your right and Sainsbury's on your left. Pass Waitrose on your right and at the small roundabout, take left turn into Hythe High Street (avoiding bus lane). After 300 yards bear left into Douglas Avenue and Hythe Brasserie is directly in front of you on the corner. Park in Waitrose and walk from there
