There is so much to explore at the Haliford Mere Lakes as well as dining in the wonderful restaurant.

In 1986 Haliford Mere Lakes & Restaurant acquired a thirty-year-old worked out gravel pit and after years of landscaping the lakes and land, planting thousands of trees, shrubs and aquatic plants to create a picturesque natural environment.  Now has four spring fed trout lakes, woodland areas and meadows all playing host to abundant wildlife and a lakeside pavilion and seafood restaurant nestling at the water’s edge.  Well worth a visit!
