The Chequers serves a combination of modern European and traditional English fare, with dining either in the relaxed setting of the bar or the well appointed restaurant. There is additional seating in the large garden, overlooking the chef's herb and vegetable patches. The decor has subtle French undertones and beautiful tapestries but with comfy armchairs and relaxed, friendly staff, the Chequers Inn gives the warmest of local pub welcomes. |
